This large format 4 axis CNC stone carving machine is engineered specifically for 3D stone sculpture manufacturing and heavy duty stone processing. The machine adopts a dual head design, allowing two spindles to operate simultaneously, significantly increasing productivity compared with single head machines.
The reinforced machine structure features a 10mm thick steel bed and a 12mm thick bridge, ensuring excellent rigidity when carving heavy materials such as marble, granite, sandstone, and limestone. Combined with PMI linear guide rails and a high precision ball screw transmission system, the machine achieves 0.02mm positioning accuracy and 0.01mm repeatability, even during long continuous operations.
